The ATLA Newsletter is published eleven times a year in an email received by a readership of over 1,200, representing more than 400 libraries.

Advertising Rates

ATLA seeks a sponsor for each monthly issue of the newsletter.  Contact the editor, newsletter@atla.com, for more information.

Deadlines

Ad copy and payment are due on first of the month preceding the publications.  For example, the deadline is January 1 for the February issue. 

Changes and Cancellations

Advertisers may submit changes to ad copy or cancel ads for a full refund if requests are received in writing two weeks before the scheduled publication date.

Insertion Orders

Use the secure online order form to pay by credit card or to request an invoice. Requests may also be made by e-mail to the editor at newsletter@atla.com, and an invoice will be sent. A pdf version is also available to be downloaded and faxed or sent with payment to

Make checks payable to the American Theological Library Association. All payments must be in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. bank.

Ads will not appear in the Newsletter unless payment is received by the deadline.
